Do ZHP's and M3's have the same offset/fitment/etc?

Hey guys, someone at my local BMW dealership told me today that we ZHPs have the same fitment as E46 M3's. Can anyone tell me if this is true or not? Sorry I'm a complete fitment noob. If so, I may run staggered E46 M3 18's in the winter :shifty

This is a negative; the M3 has different offsets. I believe the rears are a much lower offset; the fronts should be almost the same.

The stock ZHP offsets are (taken from frequently asked questions link (http://www.zhpmafia.com/forums/showthread.php?1789-Frequently-Asked-Questions-%28FAQ%29-About-the-BMW-E46-330-ZHP-Performance-Package-Option) here on this forum):
Answer: They are 18x8 in the front and they are 18x8.5 in the rear. The front wheel's offset is ET47 (named IS47 on the wheel itself). The rear offset is ET50 (named IS50 on the wheel itself).

For the ///M3 the wheel offsets are:
Front: with 18x8.5 or 19x8.5 they are ET38
Rears: with 18x9.5 wheels they are ET35, with 19X9.5 wheels they are ET27
