Toyota dealership. As is often the case, seems they don't know it's a ZHP.

I agree, Mark. At the bottom of the page, they describe the stock 330.

If I was looking for an automatic, I would be on this one. I'd find a way to negotiate the price down a bit, too.

how hard is it to put color matched trim on the sides and bumpers? anyone have any pics of sedans with this?

The alpine white car in the banner logo at the top of the site is a sedan. Color matched trim all the way around. I believe the previous owner of the car installed the trim, so the current owner (Jorge) may not know how difficult it was to install.

Here is a picture of it:

The thought of someone trading this in and driving away in a new Toyota...

Never ceases to amaze what some in this town will do. I know more than one girl who has gotten rid of what is now the previous generation C-Class Benz because it needed new front pads & rotors. The big pads & rotors on the MB version of a sport package. But still...

That is a really nice sedan. The trim should not be too hard to install. Looks like it jut clips in. Can't believe they are only getting 17.5 mpg. I'm getting 24 mpg at an average of 30 mph. My cousin was getting 19 with a 325i auto. Guess manual does make a huge difference.

Can't go by that. Who knows when it was reset.

I averaged 26.5 in my auto 325i.

Preference. Some people don't want a "damn auto," myself included.

We know that, Spence.

I believe Dane was just pointing out, as I was planning on before he did, that there are plenty of members here who prefer auto, and that it's not necessary to make this yet another forum where numerous threads seem to devolve into a manual/auto argument.

When we use "auto" as a pejorative, it inevitably leads to auto owners feeling like they own something that needs to be defended-- which it clearly does not.

Goes back to the Family Rules (http://www.zhpmafia.com/forums/showthread.php?1534-Mafia-Family-Rules). If someone asks for an opinion on auto vs. manual, that's great. Absent that, nothing good typically comes out of it.

Yeah, and what Dane said wasn't needed. Crestwood1001 was obviously expressing his interest in buying said vehicle, but listing the reason why he became disinterested.

I'll remove my post ;)

My bust. I let the Auto comment get the best of me, and was only thinking of the people who own auto's on here. My comment was not in accordance with the "Family Rules" so I removed it. I apologize to anyone if I've offended them.

Time to move on....

Very nice car, I'm even considering it even though I prefer a BMW with a manual transmission.

Stu (330i_ZHP) did this on his ZHP - had his trim painted black sapphire metallic to match. Looks very nice.

Very easy to install. The trim should just pop into place. On the front bumper, the center trim piece first followed by the sides.
