I find it odd my ZHP is equipped with one....Shouldn't it be alcantara? :shifty

Nope. I gots leather too.

Many alcantara wheels got replaced under cpo due to poor wear.

Droid + Tapatalk = FTW!

It was probably replaced under warranty like Dane said.

Definitely was replaced under warranty (unless the previous owners missed that opportunity and decided to buy one). The 2003 ZHP only came with an alcantara steering wheel.

I wish my car was still under warranty :( 2005, 47k miles. Missed out.

Mine replaced under warranty. Received an M3 wheel with the tri-color stitching.

Mine came with a black threaded/black leather steering wheel when I bought my pre-owned ZHP from the dealership.

When they replaced mine, I made sure that they replaced it with Alcantara. It was one of those unique things about the car that I like! It is more of a pain to keep clean and maintain, but it's worth it.

I have alcantara seats, so I am glad that the steering wheel was leather on mine... :)
