So. I don't have any donut pics for this storm, it was a catch 22 storm. Way too much in the parking lots that hadn't been plowed and what was plowed was clear.

However. I did have to navigate an unplowed DC and Nova. Absolutely incredible. The LSD earned it's spot on the car for sure. Didn't get stuck at all. Got plenty of looks from people shoveling out and helped someone in a suv who got stuck in front of me shovel out and the proceed to go through the same spot with no trouble.

I wish more people around here used snow tires. They are awesome.

When I did think I was stuck, some rocking back and forth and then gunning got me out. "when in doubt throttle out"

You just feel the LSD lock up and both wheels push the car straight out. Wonderful feeling.

It's a 3.46 Mfactory Helical LSD. I've had it since August and I haven't any issues. Really wakes the car up and doesn't run too hot on the highway.

Friend in an E60 528i (stock) wanted to race, did two pulls from a roll in first gear. Both times I pulled away about a car length almost immediately. The first pull I thought for sure I just had a bit of a jump on him, but then we went a second time and I still pulled a car length pretty quick. Wasn't even going to redline, she had another 3-400RPMs in her, not bad for a 210k mile car :)

Yeah that's what I thought too but we ran a second time and I still beat him by about a car length. Only one passenger in the 528 too. Thing does probably weigh as much as a boat though! It is an E60...

As for the center console, I always hated the armrest, so I bought myself a center console delete kit and topped it off with a euro tray!

Haha! Not having a cup holder was a little annoying at first, mainly because I'd have my passengers saying "wait you have a "fancy" bmw and it DOESNT have cupholders?'"

Luckily I never carry anything more than just a water bottle, or my coffee cup which is leak proof, so I just throw those on the passenger seat

The reason I put it on the passenger side is if I get pulled over, the cop most probably won't be able to see it since its on the passenger side... Maybe the cop will look at the word mafia as something negative... Im probably over thinking this but thought it's better to be safe...

You guys make me miss my Black Sedan more and more, I'd happily pay someone to make the mirrors fit for me lmao [emoji28]... Theres a guy on E46F who repaints, swaps the mirror motors, gives brand new glass & mounts the mirrors onto sedans for about 400-450$.
If I had the $$$ I would consider it, but a Coby Rewrap is high on my Priority list so I can just be done modding my interior until I go for Natural Brown or Alcantara Interior in the future.

Seeing all these Imola sedans is making me a little jealous though! The amount of swirls in my paint right now is driving me crazy, I need in invest in an Orbital Buffer. The upkeep of a black car, as you know! I had a Jet Black E39 before this and even it hid blemishes better than Sapphire Black.

I've known a couple of people like that. They're convinced they're hilarious, even if no one else agrees with them. They're anti-social and they don't even know it.

I'm on the hunt one Shawn. And I found one that has strong potential. 2005 imola/black 72k miles, auto trans, exterior looks excellent, interior seems good but I'm waiting on more photos as well as details on maintenance - expected on Monday. Comes from a highly rated specialty dealer in Columbus OH. Easy flight there and only 400 mile drive home. Drives right past Morgantown where I can visit my son at WVU.

So hopefully I'll be joining the imola mafia crew.:fistpump

There is less overall space in the back of a coupe and vert due to the way the seats and door cards are. It's more cramped than the sedan, despite the car's dimensions being pretty much the same.

Looks good. What's your cleaning procedure? I need to do this badly.

Spray the dirtiest areas with simple green. Wipe down with paper/shop towels/old microfibers you can throw out after. After cleansing, spray plastic pieces with 303, do not allow to dry completely. Wipe it off with paper/shop/old microfibers. Let it sit a bit and it really looks great. That before and after was after it sat overnight after the application.

Met a friend after work. Took the girls out...

First time driving a properly sorted E46 M3 ZCP 6MT. Must say...there is no comparing the zhp to it. Completely different experience. So much fun. I'd get a damn ticket so fast though...
