Google Earth, street view of my ZHP and the Wife's 328I on the way to the 2015 ZHP Mafia Reunion.
We are on I65 heading north at the second exit in Kentucky north of Tennessee (Scottsville RD.) N36°42'59.50" W86°31'26.11". If you go to street view and look at the bottom of the "V" created by the exit ramps on the south side and put the street view man in the south bound lane, you should be able to rotate and find us.

I saw the camera post that extended a few feet on the roof of a car when I was at this location. Remembered the approximate location and checked the image date in that location on google Earth street view regularly. One I saw the date change to 6/2015, I looked over a few mile span and found us.

That might be Stags Leap, which has a castle building thing from 1893. If so, you were about a mile from my work.
The other castle place is Castello di Amorosa, which is a full legit 121,000 sq ft castle with a moat and everything.

Was just out for a quick weekend jaunt stretching out its legs. We've got a Jimmy John's that's a lot closer to our residence on E. Washington, but it's so close the oil temp. doesn't even heat up to normal, so since the day was fairly nice I relished the chance to run it up Mt. Comfort Rd to Olio, then over on 116th to Southbound 69 to 96th. Bit of a round about, but it helps kill some time and the traffic's not so crazy on those routes during the weekend.
You are definitely racking up the miles, but the ZHP is a great barnstormer for such a job. Enjoy!

Parked next to this beauty going to dinner yesterday. Didn't get a pic when we came out as it was too dark for a decent shot, but there was a non-ZHP vert parked two spots down, and a ZHP vert parked in the row directly in front of me. In some ways I wish I didn't have 2 cars that are the identical color. But in reality, living in the Sonoran desert, it's absolutely the perfect color. It's not only very hot here in the summertime, but it's a very dusty environment - dark-colored cars don't do well here at all (yet somehow they are very popular, black in particular). TiAg is the best color for hiding dirt and dust, hands down. It doesn't show imperfections. It's not a heat magnet. A bit bland and common? Perhaps. But it's just so practical.

My wife and I were both tired of silver, but my TiAg vert has really grown on me. You're right about it showing off the lines. It really does hide dust and even some light scratches, took.
It's my grey interior I'm not crazy about. But, hey - it's practical because it doesn't go to 7,000 degrees in the hot sun.

I'm with BP on this (although for a different reason since a good indie shop will not necessarily break your wallet). I see it as a friendly reminder that their vehicles are equipped with regular scheduled service reminders, and if you haven't seen yours pop-up in a while then it's more than likely to very shortly. Just a recommendation to be proactive regarding scheduled service. For the average owner who only notices you have to pump gas into it regularly that's not a bad thing, whereas on an enthusiasts board like this we're normally way ahead of the game and just as likely to DIY it anyway, so it may come across as offensive.
Besides, everyone knows service is where the $$$$$'s are at for dealerships, so it's merely cheap advertising and may in fact be beneficial to the average owner in catching something early on that could be catastrophic if allowed to go unchecked in the long run.
Either way, much ado about nothing in my humble opinion. :)

No doubt those ads are mass produced and not model specific.
Nonetheless, even more reason in the dealerships mind for you E46 troglodytes to hustle your carcass in for service so they can get you onto the showroom floor to see what the modern F30 caveman is driving.
Hard to believe there are animals like us still using mechanical clubs instead of the new electrical ones with active sound no less. Ugh. :innocent

That looks familiar. I spent 30 minutes this morning to shovel off the drive, then spent exactly two hours doing the same commute that usually takes me 20 minutes. Bangerter was stop-and-go all the way to I-15, so was Redwood to get to Bangerter, and so was my favorite back-road that parallels Bangerter to my office in Draper. LOLs at the guy sliding around in his new Mustang with big summer tires.
Now, do I spend the $500 I had earmarked for a new toolbox on a snowblower instead, or try to scrape by (excuse the pun) with the good old shovel one more season. :shift

how big is your driveway? i wrestle with this every winter. my driveway is 150' long... i always think, "shoveling is good exercise" before the snow flies. then by february, when i'm clearing several feet of it off that driveway every week, i want the snowblower...

I hear ya! Luckily I don't have to get on i-15 to get to work. Heard it was backed up for 2 hours this morning! I'm definitely trying to go to a lot more local meets this next year! Let me know when and I'll try my best to be there!
It's usually pretty normal around here, although the last few winters have been extremely dry. This will be the second year I've had to drive my zhp in the snow. Luckily I have all seasons so the car actually drives somewhat well! I really need to find myself a cheap winter warrior....

Not as big as yours! Mine is a little more than two cars wide and about 3 cars deep. Then there's a side-drive which is kind of steep. Then, there's the two approaches plus about 200 feet of sidewalk. It takes me a solid hour ass-busting to shovel it all. I don't mind a little exercise, and if it was just shoving it around, it would be fine. But, the snow here can get pretty wet and heavy, so it's a lot of lifting, which at this point in my life gets a little more risky - especially considering how much regular exercise I *don't* get.
Thinking about a nice mid-range Toro single-stage 21-incher if I decide to go ahead. $500 ballpark.

Same, I haven't had the chance to drive with snow on the ground in Portland in years. The whole city sort of shuts down and most people just hunker down until the snow melts or the streets are plowed. Until then, most roads are pretty much clear and fair game, which I love in my mother's Volvo S40 T5 AWD with a set of winter studs.

70 in Buffalo yesterday, 50 in Phoenix, in freaking December. That's flat-out nuts.
32 this morning in Phoenix, and I'm going to need to cover some plants tonight, cuz it will be colder tomorrow morning. Wacky.

Sweet! OK, so I can't keep straight who has ZHPs in Utah, so I just made The Unofficial Utah Event Thread... (http://www.zhpmafia.com/forums/showthread.php?17221-The-Unofficial-Utah-Event-Thread&p=463287#post463287) Head over there and post or at least subscribe. Let's do this!
I'm definitely trying to go to a lot more local meets this next year! Let me know when and I'll try my best to be there!
You too, Ssparrow!
Cheers!

That bank sign in the background appears in the Squint Eastwood epic classic The Gauntlet (1977). That shot is from downtown Superior, the little Arizona town where Squint & Sondra Locke hijacked the bus that would up being the movie's centerpiece. Hasn't been "Valley National Bank" in ages (probably decades), but the sign still sits out back. Would love to have it as a souvenir, but it's massive.

Thanks William! After I parked my ZHP there for the meet, a few friends of mine parked right next to my car on either side :) Both asked why I didn't bring my ///M to this meet....:) I told them I felt that my poor ZHP was being neglected so I chose to bring her this time ;)

Great pics everyone! I just got home so I'm getting reunited with my girls, slowly but surely... Of course, the X5 still isn't happy, it has a tail lamp warning on now, intermittent, but still... And to think I've got all new rubber waiting for her in the garage... Stubborn b--ch!! :rofl
Pics and whatnot coming soon.
