You work for Clos du Val, right? Stressful growing conditions lead to low quantity, high quality grapes. The Napa wines for the 2014 vintage are going to be fantastic!! It would be nice to have to good years in a row.

agreed - saw one in the dealership showroom and i liked it.
i still, however, feel it is not warranted - same with the X3 and X1. but they make BMW lots of money, so, hey... there ya go. so much for scruples.

I stopped caring what they make as long as they look good. They will do whatever they want anyway so as long as it's not a total eyesore like some previous generation cars were, do whatever it takes to make money and make me what I want.
As long as they continue to make proper enthusiast cars such as the M3/M4 and M235i and whatever else they can think of, I'm happy.

Memphis, TN yesterday morning. The sun hit it that afternoon and melted and dried what I didn't get shoveled off.
At least you got snow. This was half of my drive in, in middle Tennessee this morning.

So yesterday I was at Cooper BMW here in town inquiring about some parts and decided to stroll the back lot to see what I could find and there was this little gem, sitting waiting for an appraisal. @Hermes- JP what is this? I've never heard of an Alpina L7.

In the last week:
I came out to my car to find a pile of vomit next to it. I didn't take a photo for obvious reasons.
At work they dumped this directly next to my car, photo is from the next morning when my car wasn't as close.

What are the fi o-rings ?
Fuel injector O-rings Vas... My #3 was leaking. So I took them all out and cleaned them and out new o-rings in. Not really sure I did any good with cleaning them, but It was a target of opportunity. I think next time I'll make time to have them sent to get professionally overhauled and tested with a report. There's a place here in Oklahoma City that does a lot of BMW injectors, or at least they claim to.

I'm 99% sure those aren't Alpina wheels. They just have the center caps on the wheels.

Last time they had this Hottie waiting for a new owner...
I took it for a drive a couple weeks ago. It is like a space shuttle without any vibrations or fear for your life. It's just smooth linear and monstrous power with a strange whir on the inside speakers as I accelerate. The high tech safety gadgets are pretty cool but they could have done with less insulation and more emotion. The steering is really nice though when it's on sport + mode!! The DCT is like the God of speed shoving you behind with no pause in between gears. It's a fun car nonetheless.

From what I understand, the founder of Mfest wants to start an annual Mfest in Texas with clubs from Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. Yesterday's was the first one, and from the pics it was a success.

You are correct , it was 100 of us from Houston, but the time we got there we had shitty ass parking spots , even though we had reserves spots , we arrive at 10 but I guess it was to late . I would say next year they would have to move it to a different location. Attendance is going to increase

Gotcha. I always use the handbrake in auto cars; it prevents the car from rolling forward when putting it in park. :thumbsup

Well that is nice! Good knowing you never have to worry about door dings! I always park next to my coworker who has the "twin" of my car. He has an E9x red with a tan interior, which is pretty close to my Natural Brown!
Here is my most recent picture of my cars. I was taking the Miata out for a test drive after swapping brake pads which is why it is blocking the driveway. I HATE having a small driveway. Having to move a bunch of cars just to get the Miata out of the garage sucks, so does having to park within inches of my dads car just so we can all fit.

But seriously, this is our garage space. Been renting since February. $450/mo between 3 people and a couple of sub renters. $50/mo to store a vehicle and use the lift for a month.
We have my two cars, the M50 Vanos e30, just took in a 13b turbo Miata tonight at midnight and we have a Hennarot e30 with a Ford 5.0 swap being stored there during the Summer.
Also going to have a Honda CB750 in the corner somewhere. Need to make a trash run so we can get organized. Have to go to the dump...
But we will virtually be paying nothing per month if we store enough stuff there. We will profit!!!

M6 from the Zhp point of view. Why the tow hook out front?? Does it break down? Not as reliable as my 10 yo Zhp!!?

Judging from how black the front wheels are from brake dust, I'd say he probably just came from a track event.

Beautiful car. Looks perfect from the factory. I'm sure there will be plenty of mods to come but the comp pkg does look sexy

Oops sorry I missed this. That is our (mine) 2008 Chevy 2500HD with a 6" lift and 35" tires. Straight piped running EFI LIVE with approx 500 HP. Believe it or not it would be a close race between this and my M3. Best part is I just made the last payment on it a few weeks ago so all vehicles are Paid Off. [emoji2]
My wife has a 2006 Toyota 4Runner.
