I get to contribute to this thread tonight!! I was able to get off the ship tonight and hung out with William. He was kind enough to help me take care of some business I needed to accomplish... Two TVs in the back seat of his ZHP! And I got to drive back to the ship and try out his new clutch pedal setup. So nice to enjoy a ZHP again!!

Mine's Jet Black, his is dirty black, er, Sapphire Metallic Black. :) Certainly hard to tell, but the clue is the top of the passenger door in that pic below. You can tell the metallic in the light.

Funny fact here: my e36 and e46 were jet black. My e90 is black sapphire metallic. But, I didn't notice the color until I was at home with all the paperwork done. Yeah, it can be difficult to identify unless you are really looking for it.

Thanks! I dropped off the BBS spoiler today to get painted. I took the front valence off so I could modify the core support to accept Euro bumper brackets vs US bumper shocks

Shot of the front fender after washing,clay, sonax paint cleaner and then sonax poly net shield for protection.

Clay bar was from Uber and Auto Finesse provided the lubricant.

Sonax makes some killer stuff. Love the paint cleaner which removes fine scratches and it has wax built into it. The poly net shield gives that protection for up to 6 months.

But I was only able to get one side of the car done before it got dark.

Konis with H&R springs installed. If I remember correctly, the brochure for them said it would lower the car by an inch or so.

Hell yeah. Even just 97% stock like she is now it was a blast! I could see those sway bars helping quite a bit though as well as the shocks. Still though, biggest improvement I think for me personally is myself. It did feel great pushing the car to and past it's limit. Fun as hell getting that back end out.
