Be careful with this one. Do your homework. It's badly mispriced for a clean car. This was in a flood zone at one point. The seller has no feedback.

Agree w/ Marcus here. Those pics are definitely not Fountain Valley, and the reg history lists the last event in 12/10 being in NC (where those pics are likely from).

Kinda tempted to challenge them to meet me for a PPI this weekend, but I'd rather have a sedan.

The interesting thing is that it was in a flood zone (possibly not the same as being in a flood, that alert is very nebulous) over 5 years ago; the car has been registered and driving ever since. If it was flooded either the damage was addressed or has been livable (until now?)

Still, a significant question mark lingering over this deal. I'd definitely want eyes and hands on the car before making any sort of offer.

I agree, tian, that the alert is nebulous and alarmist. For all we know it could be saying that just because at some point since 2004 NC has been declared a flood/hurricane zone by FEMA.

I'm more suspicious that it was registered and driving in NC up until 12/2010 and there is literally 0 provenance for it suddenly being for sale in SoCal.
