So today on my lunch break, I went to Subway. Car drove fine on the way there, but when I got back in the car it was very unresponsive to throttle input. Dash is currently lit up with Check Engine Light, EML and DSC. Is that normal for a code like this? Or is something underlying all of that?

Apparently the lights are normal. I'm going to clean the ICV and Throttle Body soon.

Issue pending results. Cleaned ICV, DISA and Throttle body, as well as MAF and aFe Drop-in Air Filter. Going to get the code cleared. Hoping there isn't an issue with the EML and DSC lights.

Lights are free :) Car feels so much better now! Down shifting is a lot smoother and easier...I always assumed what I had was normal...This is great! Almost compares to VANOS replacement...
