OK. So...it's been a long 6 weeks or so dealing with Leaseweb but I think we're nearing the end of it. New server contract has been signed for a larger server. The site will be on CloudLinux OS Solo as the previous OS was extremely outdated.
The site has been migrated and tested and I think this will be resolved next week when the new site is published.
I'm very sorry for the frustration this may have caused and I appreciate the continued patience.

Hello,
The next steps to complete the migration process will be switch the old IPs to the new server. These are the steps that will be performed during this process at the schedule time:
1. The latest data will be copied from the current server to the new server just before the switch.
2. The servers will be rebooted to switch the network interfaces on the VPS.
3. The cPanel settings will be configured on the new server to match the IP and domain settings from the old server.
The process to switch over the old IPs to the new server takes about an hour to complete as the latest data will need to be copied to the new server. There is about 30 minutes of downtime for the sites during the process when the IPs are being switched and updating of the cPanel settings. I will be performing these changes on my end to the server configurations and you do not need to make changes to the new IP as it will not be in use after the switch.
Please let me know if you are ready to proceed with these changes or schedule them at a specific time. I will be able to perform these steps any time between Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM regular EDT.

Works great on Chrome. Nice to not have to use Firefox to get the site to load properly. Nothing against FF, but at work we use Chrome because we are a Google Suite company.

The IP switch is now completed and the server is booted. I am updating the cPanel settings on the new server to configure the old IP and the site will be online shortly. I will keep you updated with the progress
The sites are now resolving from the new server and the migration is completed. There are a few things I am checking to finish up the migration and I will update you further.

Dane - not sure if it's just me, but there have been numerous times over the last week or so that the site has been unavailable. Not sure if that's expected or if its happening to others. When it's not working, I've tried my iPhone (chrome), and both Google Chrome and Bing on my desktop and the site is dead on all of them.
I've got some screen shots of it from this morning, but I couldn't post them because something has happened to my permission settings?

Been getting the same errors and can't upload images either.
Not sure if it's connected to this but have we considered moving to XenForo? Seems most forums these days are ditching vBulletin.

I was going to post a screenshot of the "This page isn't working" error that I still get multpile times every day - but this thread still doesn't allow me to add attachments???
So I figured I'd start a new thread and post it there! But when I try to "Post New Thread" in the General Forum so I can attach that image, I get the data base error. I can't post a screenshot of that either, so here's a copy & paste. Please note that apologize is spelled wrong in the error response.......

I've been working this issue with Leaseweb for ______ weeks(insert number) and I keep getting the running around (or at least that's how I feel). Becoming very frustrating.
Know that I am working this in the background, even though I may not have time to post in here.
I'll continue to look into their "suspicious IP address" claim

We have replicated the website error you reported.
After restarting the MySQL process, the website is now loading correctly on our end. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.
Additionally, we observed that the server load is high. Please refer to the snippet below:

The site wouldn’t even pull up, I was getting errors. Main page wouldn’t even load and I see that pretty routinely.

I've been waiting to be able to attach an image that shows the error we get when the site is not available! So just tried again here, and unfortunately this particular thread doesn't show the "Go Advanced" button (?), so that you then go to "Manage Attachments"
