Is there a good guide to dial in the suspension? I know my fronts are a little bit high, but my back is also a little bit too bouncy. I think the shocks on the front need to be stiffened up slightly to alleviate the bounciness from the rear.

I know the previous owner hounded the BMW dealership to really get the suspension dialed in, and it showed. 85k miles later, and having replaced pretty much all suspension parts, that magic is gone. Is there a guide/person/shop/tool/specifications to get the suspension back into excellent condition as it was?

It depends on what you are looking for. If you just want the car to feel like new again, just replace the worn parts and get a factory alignment.

Beyond that there are thousands of options depending on what you want.

Factory, but the OEM front struts I got came unloaded and I just sort of twisted until I felt it was usable (equally on both sides).
