6-speed Manual Transmission Fluid Quantity Specifications

Does anyone know the what the ZF 6-speed fluid quantity is, or should I just fill it until it leaks?

Asking b/c I have the transmission on a jack.

I couldn't find the info b/c I have no clue what set of letters and numbers corresponds to the ZHP 6-speed transmission

I always just filled it until it pours out the fill drain while on jack stands on relatively level ground. Can't remember the exact amount

What fluid did you decide to use?

I think it was 1.5L the last time I did it. I just let it flow out as well though.

I filled it til it poured out.

I used some Febi-Bilsten fluid. Was going to add some liqui-moly stuff, but didn't have any so it's virgin.

Their auto tranny fluid? Just curious as Red Line suggests their D4 ATF over their MTL in these "newer" BMWs!

No their manual transmission fluid, obviously.

Some MTL something idk. The fluid that came out looked fine.
