I've asked the seller "MightyMo" in the past how he gets all his cars to look like that. Hard to believe it, but here's what he said:

@MightyMo – every one of your auctions show your pristine undercarriages! So beautiful!! Please tell us the secret!!!!! How do you do this? We all want our cars to look like yours!

@Pedro2u I appreciate that but there’s no secret. We use brushes, water and degreaser. There may be other methods but I’ve never used any fancy machinery or equipment. The key is starting out with something exceptional and taking the time to perfect it.

When I talked to them before I was told it was dry ice - looked into it and it is about $1200 for an under carriage - a little steep for me
