I put a bid in. It’s way early though.

No-original grills. Kills the value.

No-original grills. Kills the value.

I honestly don't think this missing the ATROCIOUS chrome kidneys is going to devalue the car whatsoever.

Shes a beaut, interested to see what this hits.

someone just raised the bid to $15K (a $10K jump) with 6 days to go......

I think this car's sell price would have gone through the roof if the seller had done a dry ice treatment to the undercarriage.....

Pete - are there many places around that do the dry ice? I have only seen a few

My detail guy used steam cleaning. It was 150 dlls.

John - having recently moved from New Hampshire, I'm new to Connecticut. I've been fortunate to find a great Indy here if/when I ever need him, but as for detailing, even the Indy can't find anyone to recommend. Just a lot of drive through car washes that say they detail......

If anyone in the central CT area knows a great one, please advise! I'll drive if there's a good one in range

No. I considered it. I wonder what the reserve was. I also wonder what held back the price.

Shocked to see what this didn't go for mid 20's. Looks like the value is dropping or just a bad time of year to be selling..

when I sold my in June on BaT, I told the bidders when the reserve went off. I thought that helped the bidders. But clearly his reserve was higher

This time of year is either red hot or super quiet. Clearly "super quiet" is how things are wrapping up for 2021 as many other BaT auctions have brought unusually low numbers.

Mike - you are 110% correct - I looked at the numbers for last year at this time and the numbers were all low. It seems like things start picking up in April/May

Agree. That's why I bought my E93 M3 last February on Cars&Bids! Becomes a buyer's market in the off season
