I have had a 325i Touring for about two years. I did a complete Vader swap for the interior including black pillars and headliner.

Then swapped in a complete 330 sport suspension with all new wear bits.

This week a ZHP engine is going in - I rebuilt it including replacing the oil control rings with m52 and replacing head gasket, bearings, etc and redoing the head.

And over the weekend the mtech kit is going on:

38667
38668
38669

I spy a m56 air distribution rail for the proper PCV connection.

Did you go with the m56 intake manifold in addition to the m56 valve cover, or just run the vanity cover on the m56 valve cover while retaining the m54 intake manifold and connect a m56 air distribution rail?

It is sulev all the way back. Evap and fuel delivery including sulev injectors. Intake is sulev as well (good eye!). Much less prone to vacuum leaks

California is strict about emissions mods so the idea was to try and keep it "stock" while meaningfully improving performance.

M56 fuel delivery with fuel pressure of 75 psi (M54 has pressure of 51 psi or so)?
I don't know enough about the m56 fuel injectors, maybe they compensate for higher fuel pressure.

How are you going to code it? I wonder how it will run on the stock M56 coding.

Yes, it is a 5 bar fuel delivery system (as is the M3). I am getting it coded soon, and we will see the effect.

For now it drives perfectly well, no codes and low fuel trims.
