As the second owner (past 12 years), I have a nearly complete maintenance history of the car for its 181K miles. The interior is in great shape with minor wear on the alcantara seats and steering wheel. The exterior, having been driven as a daily driver in Minnesota and like most e46s, has begun to show corrosion in the underbody, rear bumper, rear driver side door and fender.
Looking to sell to the next enthusiast who can enjoy the car as much as I have. This car has been a very reliable vehicle for my ownership and I would continue to trust as a daily commuter. With a recent first born, work from home, and a newish X5 to haul the family, I just don't have the time to drive and maintain this car anymore.
