Oil on spark plug well #2???

I have oil on the spark plug well of cylinder #2, already changed VCG the right way, the oil it's not coming from the top where the cover gasket meets the spark plug well but rather from the middle down of the well, spark plug is new and torqued to spec.
It happened before and that's why I replaced the VCG with the BMW genuine one and torqued everything to spec.

Has anyone seen this before??

I mean the VCG grommet is really the only place if could come from. I know the plastic valve covers are known to warp, so that could potentially be the case here.
