Hi,
I just discovered this fun site when I was trying to understand what the correct steering wheel should be for my 2005 330Cic zhp, as I believe it was replaced by the seller
It has an all leather wheel, not perf. My build date is in July 2005, and I am aware of the change away from Alcantara.
Anybody know if you could order solid leather or perforated?

Welcome, sir. I believe the factory steering wheel is solid leather. You could buy a perforated one from the dealer, but it's no longer available. Check this thread for additional info.

The factory wheel has perforated sides for the coupes/verts.
And I believe it is now unobtanium if I remember a previous conversation correctly.
