Mystic Blue.. love the color
The undercarriage looks like some work to detail it was done under there!

I find it strange how many Mystic cars have gray interiors, when there was always the option for Natural Brown.

Looks like the clutch is slipping at 2 minutes and 38 seconds in the driving video.

Clutch is not slipping. Glad that was cleared up.

I know he sold a car for you, but I still have my doubts on this one. He’s not getting on it like he did when it jumped RPMs in the original video.
Gets up to 4.2k like once and not doing it under hard acceleration. Clutch slip happens under harder acceleration / higher RPMs. In the original video his foot is clearly off the clutch and the RPMs are increasing and then they catch. Maybe it’s not slipping and something else happened in the original video, I have no clue what that would be, but the video he just posted, he’s not exactly “getting on it.”

I’m not sure why he wouldn’t just remake the initial video after he messed it up instead of posting it and causing people to think the clutch is slipping.
I know the car and have actually driven it personally and can say that it does not slip.

Estimate on closing numbers? I think it should break into the 20s.

Auction ends in 7.5 hours. How about $22k ?

All in all, if the clutch isn't a factor I see it hitting 22-24. Which is strong money for a vert.
The prices for well kept examples are skyrocketing.

Yeah, still solid, but obv less of an audience for verts during the winter. Especially with the car being located in NJ.

that fact that it got $19,250 during the winter is quite a statement in itself. Encouraging for warm weather prices next spring and summer!
