79,444 miles. Black sapphire metallic. Factory option moonroof delete. Clean CarFax
I have all OEM parts, so vehicle can easily be put back to stock. S/C tune does not interfere with emissions software and did not require any permanent modifications.

Vehicle has always been well maintained and has been serviced EVERY 4,500 miles or at least once a year (2010-2020 car was driven much less). I have owned the vehicle since new. So over 16 years I personally maintained the vehicle, and have repaired all the common e46 issues along the way (i.e. window regulator, water thermostat, expansion tank, guibo, etc...).
ESS TS2+ Supercharger, KW v3 coilovers, UUC Flywheel and clutch, and OEM M3 LSD was installed by Autotalent in Gardena, CA. All OEM parts still in possession.
Common failure to all E46's is the subframe, and can be very problematic if not tended to beforehand. Vehicle has the subframe reinforcement kit welded by Bavarian Workshop in West Hills, CA. This was meticulously done in 2008 and I have all photo documentation. BMW North America even reimbursed me for the repairs in a class action lawsuit, and I have a copy of the $2,633.99 check.
