Folding vs. non-folding rear seat

I am trying to switch my sedan non-folding rear seat to a sedan folding rear seat to change the color. Don't want to make it folding - just attach. Is that easy to do or even possible?

As far as I know, that still requires cutting sheet metal. Someone more knowledgeable can chime in.

Hell you might be able to do it but I have no idea how. If you have the seats or easy access to a junk yard I'd start tearing apart a folding rear seat and seeing how it all fits together. I don't know if the folding/stationary seats shared foam and such.
