Weird Frequency on Screen for AM Radio

I have this weird frequency on screen when I go for AM on my radio. Came out of the left field. FM works fine. Some kind of megahertz or some other frequency. How do I get back to AM stations? Steps and procedures on settings? Thanks.

It's probably not set for US region. Don't remember the steps, but maybe try changing the region to something else and back to US to see if that fixes it.
