ZHP ribbon cable side mirror (sedan)

Are there any alternatives available other than retrofitting in M3 mirror housings with the ZHP side mirror motors?

I did that for my ZHP but I hate how the base do not align 100% and there's an awkward gap on the bottom and the opposite side of the "triangle" has the metal strip exposed.

no, unless you could find one of those bimmerbrakes m3 mirrors that was specifically made for the sedan.

But when I did the retrofit, I don't remember any gap after I cut the base to what it needed to be.
