Fredo - I know we both get alerts when ZHP's hit BaT. But I didn't get this one, and if I do my usual search on BaT for "ZHP" this car does not even show up...

Seems like a hole in the BaT process? Could limit the bidding if you can't search for it

But ZHP is even in the listing Title! Won't get the attention if we have to work as hard as you did to find it!

Not to mention BaT interest levels appear to have dropped dramatically across all makes and models (from my anecdotal observations), no doubt due to economic uncertainty surrounding Covid-19. May really hurt values of all cars. I feel badly for any seller who listed without reserve!

I got tagged by BaT on the site when I added to Cabrio330's comment. They told me they had moved it to the ZHP page. It's now searchable on their site (Cabrio330's observation), but still no email alert came to me which meant to me that people who rely on their alerts still don't even know it's listed

I have a vested interest in making this right because I'm thinking of putting my 22k mile 2008 E92 335Xi on their site and would like to think the site works like you'd expect and has visibility to the widest watchers

At a minimum, I would expect alerts were sent to the ZHP watch list. If BaT really wanted to help the seller, they could reset the auction timer to day 1 and send alerts at the same time. :dunno

I agree, but no email alert came at all. Disservice to the seller for sure

Thanks to this thread, I now know that ZHP is a specific model to get alerts for, which I just signed up for. I previously was only signed up for 3 series. So I can't assess BaT's corrections until they list their next ZHP.

That's a steal and I think a direct result of the coronavirus impact on our economy. And a case study in why no reserve auctions are risky. I'm sure the seller was expecting a lot more than $10,577.

+1 on the pandemic impact on the sell price..... I was also thinking it would go much higher, but the Automatic could have hurt the price too
