hmmm - interesting to see where this goes based on the issues/maintenance listed. At least the seller is being honest about the condition:

The rear window seals, along with the cowl panel molding, are deteriorating
seller states the brake pads are worn and recommends they be replaced
Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel, which is worn
the navigation screen, the latter of which has dead pixels in the middle
a leak is noted from the oil pan

No Reserve - and still only $4,200 with 1:46 left. Get your wallets ready? Is this the first BaT budget buy?

makes you wonder how much it would have brought if the seller had fixed the oil pan gasket and changed the pads. Those are things we're fixing all the time as part of the expected wear items, but seeing them on a BaT auction was surprising. Maybe all he wanted was $6300.....

I've noticed the BaT crowd does not like cars like this with needs. Though, if the owner doesn't wrench themselves the cost to fix the oil pan gasket and pads was probably going to be more than it would have fetched. Do you think, being an auto, that it would have brought another $1000-$1200 even fixed?

well my guess is the average BaT buyer might not be a wrencher either, so had to hurt the price. I think all sorted it might have brought $7,500? The silver coupe with higher mileage that sold yesterday went for $8,500 but it had a 6MT
