worst case, the overpriced plastic bracket is available everywhere for around $35. BMW part # 52107045018 I got mine from predeceased BavAuto :(

right, the screws. Since the first screws I tried were too long and interfered and prevented the leg extension from extending, my final success was biting the bullet and using the OEM screws (2) part # 07149169302 M6x12.. $1.98 ea
