2003 ZHP Imola Red over Black Leather sedan, 6-speed manual. VIN decode below, along with a link to photos and my digital maintenance log. I have all physical records since new, the original Monroney sticker, recent servicing and preventative maintenance, and a number of OEM upgrades. Blackstone oil analysis shows a healthy engine and no concerns. No accidents, no stories. Clean title in hand.
Since buying in spring 2017, it's had regular maintenance work and multiple updates/upgrades (including standard E46 cooling system overhaul immediately after purchasing). Full list of work is below.

Summary of work performed since I purchased*
- Takata airbag recall fix (driver & front passenger sides)
- re-covered Alcantara steering wheel
- cooling system overhaul*
- shifter replaced with OE BMW ZHP shifter*
- all fluids drained & replaced
- windshield cowl replaced with OE part
- installed BMW clear corners & stealth bulbs
- license plate offset bracket
- installed BMW matte black front kidney grille inserts
- installed BMW Euro aspherical heated side mirrors*
- have on hand but not installed new Turner Motorsport Aluminum pedals
- have the OE replacement parts for the interior center trim pieces under the armrest and around the parking brake surround, but have not installed them
- brand new NOAH car cover
- front BMW all-season rubber floor mats but rear seat OE carpet floor mats
- brand new Bentley manual*
- two key remotes/fobs (no valet key)
- all original parts I removed from the car (except the old cowl) will go with the sale of the car
Condition*
The great news is the car is in excellent condition, the paint quality is great, the driver seat exterior bolster is in great shape with very little driver seat creasing (no cracking or tears), and the passenger and rear seats have barely been used, headliner and A/B/C pillars are intact (except right side C pillar starting to de-glue a little bit), zero curb rash on any of the OE Style 135 wheels, good life remains on tires & brakes, there's a practically new cooling system, original spare tire, complete tool kit, etc.*
The picky problem areas
1. the driver door rubber gasket has two 1-inch sections that have been torn (doesn’t leak water or noise or anything, though), probably from exiting the car (I assume the prior owner rubbed against that when exiting the car)*
2. there are some scrapes on the under-side of the front splitter
3. there are two small chips in the rear right passenger door, above the black trim, I assume from a door ding (size is smaller than #2 pencil eraser diameter)
4. the rear windows and windshield have tint applied (I removed the front window tint following a CA "fix-it ticket")
5. the center cupholder and brake handle trim has some scuffing from presumably a former owner's ring. I have replacement OE BMW parts but have not installed them
6. the front lower air dam has some UV fading and probably “sandblasting” from highway miles
7. the trunk carpet is slightly discolored but there are no smells or rot or damage there. I have an OE BMW trunk mat covering it, anyhow, but the photos are there to view
8. car right side C pillar fabric is just starting to loosen at the rear windscreen (maybe 10” in length, 3/4” at widest and tapering at ends)
9. there is some undercarriage surface corrosion on various bolts and the differential casing — surface only, no actual rusting-through of anything
10. gas cap is not connected by the retaining string; cap is missing the rubber connecting “pin”
11. driver side windshield has a small chip; doesn’t impact view, but it exists
