What's the silver part with the bolt in it - top part in 3rd photo? Thanks!

thats the thingy that holds the bolt in place, that goes on your fire wall, there's a hole on your firewall that is shaped like a square, the silver thing goes in there. This set is sold, I have another set for sale, posting tomorrow night
