I know you state in the ad to text/call with additional questions, but I'll post here just in case you're active here:

Transmission - manual or automatic?
What interior does it have?
Where is the car located?
Can you clarify the car having "M Package" and the "ZHP package"? As far as I know, there were only four available packages for the E46 in 2006: 1. Sports Package (ZSP), which was superseded by 2. Performance Package (ZHP) (if selected), 3. Cold Weather Package (ZCW) and 4. Premium Package (ZPP).
Can you provide the VIN? It would help people to identify specific options and run a car report like CarFax
