I scoured the national ZHP convertible market for a few months last Fall and though I was focused on 6-speeds, I also kept an eye on steptronics too. So I feel pretty qualified to offer this opinion: this car is well presented, checks all of the right boxes and is a fantastic deal at this price. I paid more for a 6-speed with half of the miles, but if this car had been available during my search I would have bought it immediately. It blows my mind that you can buy a car like this for so little. About 7-8 years ago I had similar money into a '91 M-Tech 325ic with a lot more issues and frankly, the ZHP is so much more car.
You didn't say why you are selling but if it is because you want to replace it with a 6-speed with fewer miles, let me know!

Thanks Cabrio, I think I have priced it right too. I've been looking at a newer 535 or 550's so I have room for family. I'll be sorry to see it go but I'm sure a new owner will love it as much as me.

Good looking car and priced to move. An excellent vehicle with all the goodies including the windscreen. Here's my take for a potential buyer reading this thread: With the exception of the miles (which are very low for a 2005 vehicle!), the new buyer is getting a near EAG quality vehicle for only 20 - 25% of the cost of an EAG vehicle.
Another way to look at this purchase is from an investment loss perspective. Buying an EAG quality vehicle (less than 30,000 miles) and putting miles on it will drop the resale value like a rock whereas the further depreciation loss for putting miles on this car is negligible. When the new owner reaches 100,000 miles it is still worth $7000. At 125,000 miles it is worth $6000. Drive it 10K miles per year for a couple hundred dollars/year depreciation loss. When my bride and I buy our new daily driver cars we figure on $6000/year minimum depreciation loss (usually much more in the first three years of ownership!!!). Yes, there will be maintenance on a 2005 BMW, but not anywhere close to the depreciation loss for an EAG level car driven miles or a new car.
Beautiful convertible and good luck with your sale.
