Car is originally from Portland OR and was garaged there as well as here at my house. The shadowline is in new shape as well as all of the rubber on this car. Front has a clear bra on it from when it was originally was purchased. Style 135 wheels are all in excellent shape as they had been refinished when I purchased the car two years ago. Leather seats are in excellent shape with a minimal amount of wear on the drivers seat bolster. Steering wheel is original Alcantara and is in great shape for the age of the car. The B-Pillar on the drivers side is showing some delamination of the fabric at the seatbelt entry, the same for one of the rear C-Pillars with some delamination. Front A-Pillars are showing s small amount of wrinkling, but look good (photos can be sent for all of these).
Car overall is in great mechanical shape and has had the transmission fluid change once with a drain, and a second time with a drain and filter change. The DISA was rebuilt with the German Auto Solutions kit along with a new BMW CCV Cold Weather Kit that was installed last year. In addition to this, the cooling system was overhauled with new expansion tank, thermostat, water pump, hoses and new temperature sending units. All new idle pulley and pulleys for drive belts along with new serpentine belts. Front grill was recently replaced with an aftermarket glossy performance shadowline look alike, BMW performance grill was no longer available.
The brake fluid was changed last year with DOT 4 fluid and Redline differential fluid was done in the back differential. Hawk 5.0 HPS brake pads are new up front along with some Zimmerman coated rotors.
Additional photos can be sent, but I am dealing with some pretty nasty temperatures and weather, like most of you. Let me know what you want a photo of and I will try to get perhaps later next week when things moderate.
I am a BMWCCA guy and this car is a nice looking ride for an 11 year old car. We have two ZHP’s, the other is a Manual Transmission that my daughter is driving. My wife had this one but will be inheriting my 2014 BMW 328d.
