Not mine - Porsche Brakes for BBK

If anyone has any interest in the Porsche 996/Boxster BBK, this is a pretty good price for all 4 calipers (maybe room to negotiate lower). I’ve not confirmed compatibility, as they’re from a 981 Cayman and not a 996/986, but I’m sure RallyRoad can verify if it has brackets for these.

What else needs to be done on our cars with this kit other than the mounting brackets? New lines or rotors?

EDIT: aren't these from a 987, not a 981? Ad states it comes from an '08 Cayman S.

According to Rallyroad, they would need brackets, lines and rotors.

The Cayman S would have 996 calipers, same as the kit that RR references. The part numbers should be preceded with a "996."

You are correct, part numbers were verified by the seller and all start with 996

After speaking with Eric at RallyRoad, it seems it is not cheap to get these to fit. You will need to machine the front calipers ($95) if you use 325mm rotors, and you will need the brackets ($450), new lines ($130).

Granted this is less expensive than a full four corner BBK, but by no means cheap
