2 interior noises - solutions?

1) Seat squeak - I hear it going over bumps. I can reproduce the squeak by pushing my back into the seat (perhaps more lower back). It sounds like it's coming from inside the seat so I don't think it's rubbing anything externally.

2) Seat belt rattle - When the seat belt is connected, it rattles around a bit making a surprisingly loud noise. Basically I can grab the receptor (short part that attaches to seat) in one hand and the clasp (part that buckles) in the other and rattle them. All of a sudden, this has gotten loud/annoying going over any kind of bumps.

I have the same noise in my passenger seat. I haven’t tried to fix it yet but it doesn’t happen when someone is sitting in the seat.

Same issue on my driver side seat. Pretty annoying

my X3's driver seat, which is essentially an E46 seat, is creaking too. i'll investigate when i retrofit the lumbar stuff into it... it's gotta be something in the spring underneath. hopefully it's not broken.
