330CI ZHP!!!!

Hey guys. Have a 745i and have been active on other sites helping to share our experiences and share. Just bought a 2005 330Ci Convertible ZHP 6spd. 2 year search for this one. Love this ride and looking to know all I need to maintain this as much as I can and to keep this car perfect. Appears immaculate! 77K mile no snow, now rain, and it's tight. I know where this car should be on problems based on miles (water pump, vanos, valve cover etc), but it's not there yet. Hoping to hear your suggestions. No oil leaks, nothing

I have a list of items based on a pre-purchase inspection on order (air filter,cabin filter, gas cap, lower control arm bushings) and those will be replaced by me immediately.

Interested in the Mafia feedback into what I should be ready for!

My first e46 needed coolant system repairs, but I bought it with 125k miles on the clock.

Sorry guys, I've been out of town, But I bought it on Tuesday and it's rained every day since when I was home (including today and tomorrow). I'll post some pics in the next few days when the sun decides to make an appearance.

I don't have the history from 2005 to 2009 when it was under BMW's warranty, but the second owner bought it with 49K miles in 2009 and has only changed oil and filters.......... with no other issues or maintenance. I'm thinking of doing a transmission and read dif fluid change right away just for my own piece of mind. I've certainly read that the water pump and vanos should be in the budget looking forward, and there's no oil leaks of any kind yet, so fingers crossed there

My 7 is a 2002. Bought it a dealer auction in 2005 when it came off of a lease with 36K miles. Now sitting at 220K miles and still the nicest ride I've ever experienced. There's been no change in the way it rides or it's interior comfort in 12 years. Almost no issues for 10 years, but the last few years have been a little more costly. Hard to believe a car that luxurious is now only booking for $2K or so. With the 330 now in the stable, I may let it go out to pasture :)
