Repairing a Wind Deflector

So I just picked up an OEM wind deflector on craigslist because the price was a little too good. Turns out it has a small hole that was being covered by a sticker. Still well worth it for the price I paid, but does anyone have any good ideas on a quality fix for this? My intention was to flip the deflector on the forums.

I had a similar material on a baby stroller. I found an old school auto upholstery shop that was able to fix it for me.
