I'm looking to save a bunch of money on my car insurance but I already have Geico...

Has anyone here successfully signed up for hagerty car insurance? I was able to submit a quote online, however when I called them they weren't able to actually sign me up with a policy due to issues with my model. The rep is having their team look into it and get back to me.

If not Hagerty, are there any other collector insurance companies that y'all have insured your ZHPs with?

Thanks!

I use Hagerty for my '74 2002tii & '86 535i - haven't had to ever make a claim, thankfully! The ZHP might be too new. We had a discussion about collector car insurance recently on the 2002 forum & some owners got some great premiums on agreed-value policies from Chubb. Check with Geico to see if they offer similar coverage.

I haven't used this company, but plugged in my 2004 ZHP into their site and their rates were pretty good: https://www.lelandwest.com

I also use Hagerty for my 74 2002; no claims, no issues yet. I have used USAA since 1982; low rates. Few claims, but always very fair and responsive when I have. Wife's X5 was hit by a lady who ran a light. It was one's word against the other's. ~$9K in damage/repair. Zero issues. My rates actually went down.
