I bought a set-up earlier this year, but it didn't include the bracket the TCU is attached to. What is the other bracket sitting to the right on the TCU? Thanks in advance!

I would think so assuming your car is pre-wired for it..Works perfectly fine in my 05 with navi

pop your trunk n look for the little sticker on the left side of the lid

should say pre wire for phone, cd changer, alarm etc
