I kno a place here in indiana where the guy had two of those i can call and find out if he still has them...its a salvage yard and i think i paid $50 for that and the center console...pm me if ya want me to check on them.

Do you need the entire thing, or just the black leather? I have my old leather that i removed to install the alcantara rest...but its just the covering, not the rest itself.

Not sure if you're replacing the one you have or if you don't have one and want it. If it's the later, you will the need the console that goes to the armrest. Ran into that problem when I put an armrest in my car, stock w/out the armrest console is too short. Luckily I bought the console w/ the armrest just in case.

BMW does sell a retrofit kit that includes both (again, if you're looking for brand new parts)

So I called today and the guys said they don't have any good ones O.o whatever that means....I will have to go look at them to see what he means
