Regarding price, low mileage virgin examples like this are unicorns now. Look at it comparatively, what else could you buy for that price, maybe a couple year old Mazda 3 with 35K miles on it? If my example is true, which would you rather have/own/drive? Thus, I think his price is reasonable.

He told me that he bought it from Supreme Auto Imports but didn't drive it much.
If I remember correctly the car is not even registered.

I think this is a nicely put together scam.

I've known some pretty brilliant and successful people in my time who write like this guy, and probably couldn't be bothered to put much more effort into such an ad. I don't smell a scam at all on this one, certainly not for that reason. The guy probably won't find any takers (at least not quickly) at that price so perhaps he could be persuaded to take less once he realizes he might not see his asking price. Definitely worth checking out as ZHPs with this kind of mileage are pretty much unicorn at this point, and being a SoCal car is a huge plus.

Today I am selling my baby 2005 Bmw 330i ZHP 6 speed manual with only 37k original miles original owner extremely clean 10/10 everything this car is my pride and joy it is a true collectors car with the low mileage that it has and the condition that it has. Car has no problems at all just did a full service oil change........ it has been maintained since day 1 and garage kept the paint is extremely clean and is basically what I call show room condition no scratches no dents .....

I am moving soon and going to a location that snows a lot and don't want to put the ZHP through snow and salted roads! I have owned this car here in California for almost two years now and have completely fallen in love with it.

I have done an oil change every 4,000 miles or 6 months and only with 0-40w Synthetic. It has been washed and waxed every week and is always covered.
