Looks like this one does NOT have homelink buttons. I went with this option because I already installed homelink into the overhead console. Rare find!

That is correct! I didn't even know the E46 came with the homelink buttons, I thought that was only on the e90s but the E46 one usually has the SOS button and flap which I did not want either. Only selling this because I had an extra M3 oval mirror.
