Maintenance history? Reason for sale?

I have replaced many wear and tear on the vehicle, both front control arms, radiator, water pump, belts, tensioner and pulleys, air intake boots, coils, hoses
Reason for sale: Bought a boat and a SUV to pull it and ZHP rarely used. I hate to sell it because its an amazing car.
