All, I am working on replacing the CCV with a cold weather unit. When I went to remove the four screws on the plastic distribution piece on the intake to replace the O-rings, it was noticed that the third screw back had broke off at the head. The screw part is now down slightly below the flush level and thus I cannot get a needle nose or anything on it.
I am replacing the 0-rings and it appears that the car had been running with just the three screws in it. Would it be ok to go back with three and not worry about extracting the forth, or does someone have an easy trick that might work to extract this screw that broke off?
