Leak around grommet in trunk

All, I cleaned my sons ZHP Coupe last night and opened the trunk this morning and water came out of the grommet that I am showing in the photo. Could water be getting in through the seal around the back window? Have you checked whether your sunroof drains are clogged? That can cause water to show up in weird places.

EDIT: Also, the trunk wiring harness grommet where it meets the body. If that's loose I could see water showing up there.
