It does not. The front seats do not have lumbar support.

Look at the driver's front fender compared to the doors. The doors look a shade darker than the fender.....

Correct.

Most likely the front clip was painted and a blend was not done to the doors from the fenders. So the color is slightly lighter on the front end vs the doors.
