Favorite Lightroom Presets?

New to Adobe Lightroom... I've downloaded a bunch of presets, but nothing really stands out to me. Any favorite Lightroom presets you use for shots (cars, people, dark photos taken with basic digital cameras, etc)?

Only presets I use is to get rid of a dust spot that I know is on my d40 otherwise I'd suggest just manually going into the develop module and just developing those that you want / are good.
