i have a full M3 rear end for sale (3.62), including brakes and driveshaft. the rear subframe bushings and diff bushings have been recently replaced (last fall) with powerflex poly bushings, and the car this is from was taken off the road in march, so these only have a little bit of use on them.

this is everything you need to put an M3 rear end in your ZHP. complete down to the handbrake cables.

asking $1200 USD or best offer. this would be a pain to ship, but i'm willing to drive a bit if someone wants to come and pick it up. i'm 4-5hrs from albany, 6hrs from detroit, 3.5hrs from buffalo.

:cheers

Is an M3 rear end completely plug and play with our cars?

And GLWS!

what is the benefit?

factory LSD, shorter rear end ratio (3.62), M3 brakes, full powerflex bushings already done.

GLWS! If I wasn't getting married in the near future I'm sure this would've been mine.

yeah... shipping would be expensive. i do have access to a corporate purolator (like UPS up here) account, i could check into it...

Damn thats a sweet deal! Any idea of how many miles on the diff and is the subframe reinforced?

no idea for miles, i would guess 75K or so based on the condition of the case.

no reinforcements on the subframe itself are required - it's is the RACP (Rear Axle Carrier Panel, aka the rear floor of the car) that needs reinforcement.
