What do you use to remove the wheel lock caps? I tried old clothes hangers, angled picks, but their narrow tips don't provide much grip and tend to scratch the wheel finish. Tried the little plastic pry tool found in the cell phone DIY kit but it broke after one use. There got to be a proper way/tool to remove these damn caps.

You're supposed to remove the wheel and push them out from the inside. It's a pain, but anyway else you risk damaging them.
I think he has actual wheel locks, as highlighted in the lower right wheel bolt position in his photo.
He won't be able to remove the wheel until he can access and use the lock?

Right, I am talking about the lower right lock bolt with cap on it. I cannot remove the wheel before removing the cap and unscrew the lock bolt. No one had the similar headache?

My car came with wheel locks, but I believe there's no cover. I've been to DT and another tire place and they didn't make noise about it.

What I used to do was just put a socket on it and move it side to side and it just falls off. Other times, I pack the socket with some tape and just use it to pull it off. I've never run into any that were stuck on though. But I'm pretty sure some needle nose pliers would do the job if there were stuck on for some reason.

Pliers or a large set of needle nose and just wiggle it off.
