I replaced a broken rear door window regulator this week with a new BMW rear window regulator. Do I need to grease it? If so, I see the popular recommendation is white lithium grease. I was considering Wurth HSS-2000 which goes on thin but thickens into a nice grease. Any thoughts?

Everytime I did a window regulator, this is what I have used.

I've never added more grease. Either of those should be fine I'd think.

Thanks for the suggestion. I was going to hit with HSS-2000 but I touched the track and it was pretty greasy to begin with. Though I did hit my trunk hinges with the HSS :)
