Does your front under-pan fit with headers installed? I'm talking about the aluminum one that looks somewhat structural...

That part is not somewhat structural, it is completely structural. You cannot delete or modify that, it has to be there.

Fyi...it is not recommended the car be driven without this panel.

Wellllllllll, the PO modified 323 headers to "fit" and that panel, plus the two lower braces in the middle of the car don't fit with the exhaust either...

Mmmm.....I saw it in writing somewhere where the car shouldnt be driven with out this panel. I will look around and see if I can find it.

You're on the money DW. That panel is a structural component.
The car should not be driven without it.
I will look for the supporting documentation as well, but I am sure that you are right.

In the procedure for swapping the Oil Level Sensor...this panel needs to be removed. I think it talked about it in there.
