Need Help switching from 135 wheels to Volk Rays RE30

I'm planning to switch to a lighter rims and looking at the RE30's. Below are the specs of the RE30 wheels

Front: 18x8.5 ET42
Rear: 18X9 ET40

I'm planning to use my current tires. My question is am I better of with this Rims?
